How do I pay the platform fees?
You can pay the fees through:

I deleted the listing but I want to pay the fees?
You can pay via the fee payment page [click here]. Note: You can enter your mobile number instead of the ad number.
I paid the fees but they don’t show in my account, why?
To register your payment, please notify us immediately after the transfer via [Fees Account] and wait up to 24 hours for it to appear if the information is correct.
I sell an item with a commission less than 20 SAR, can I accumulate and pay monthly?
Yes, you may accumulate small fees and pay them monthly or donate them if less than 20 SAR.
Are there fees on real estate?
No fees on real estate.
What listings do not require fees?
No fees for real estate listings.
No fees for cat adoption listings.
No fees for lost & found listings.
No fees for listings with no monetary compensation (charity, etc.).
No fees for informational or knowledge-only listings.
I paid fees but the buyer purchased again; do I pay again?
No, no additional fees for repeat buyers.
How do I know if the buyer came through Mansat Tuwaiq?
You must verify the buyer. You must pay the fees if Mansat Tuwaiq was the reason for the sale or service.
How are fees calculated for rental and not sale?
Fees are 1% of the agreed rental amount in the contract whether paid once or in installments. No fees for property rental ads.
How are fees calculated if payment is monthly or weekly?
Fees are 1% of the total amount agreed for the entire duration, whether paid once or in installments.
If the fee due is less than 20 SAR, do I still pay?
If the fee is less than 20 SAR, please donate it on behalf of Mansat Tuwaiq to an official charity.
If I traded goods (barter) and not sold or rented, do I pay fees?
If the barter involves money, you must pay 1% of the transaction amount.
If I transferred ownership of a car/item, do I pay fees?
If the transfer is for money, you must pay 1% of the transfer amount.
What if there were multiple brokers in the deal?
No fees on real estate.
I have special circumstances, can I get a discount on the fees?
For discount details [click here]. No other way to reduce fees except via the [Fee Discount System].
I have special circumstances, can I get exemption?

I transferred the fee amount but it hasn’t appeared yet and no confirmation received?
If you paid via bank transfer, you must fill out the transfer form to link the payment [click here]. Linking may take 2–4 weeks and you will receive a notification once done.

I sold long ago through Mansat Tuwaiq, how do I pay?

We agreed the buyer would pay the fee; do I still owe it?
Fees remain the responsibility of the seller even if agreed otherwise.
Why do I have to pay fees?
To clear your obligation and get extra features for your account.

Annual Subscriptions
How do I get a discount on the subscription fee?
Currently, no discounts.
If my subscription ends, how are fees calculated?
Fees revert to the normal 1% per sale caused by Mansat Tuwaiq. [More info here]
My account was banned even though I paid annual subscription?
Rules still apply even with subscription or fees. For ban reasons [click here].
Why subscribe to paid memberships?

Members
I’m receiving spam/annoying messages from another member?
You can block or report them by opening the chat, then tapping the three dots at the top (available in Mansat Tuwaiq Android/iOS app).
Replies
Why was I blocked from replying?
If many users report your replies, the system blocks you. See [Prohibited Replies].
How do I delete my reply?
Replies cannot be deleted.
How to stop replies on my ad?
You can disable replies from your ad settings if you’ve paid at least 101 SAR in fees within the last year.
Note: Blocking replies may reduce your ad’s visibility in search.
I used to disable replies for free but now it asks me to pay?
The feature lasts 1 year after paying 101 SAR+ in fees.
Membership
How to change my username?
Click your username > Change Name link at the bottom (allowed once per year).
How to change my phone number?
Click your username > Change Phone Number.
How to change my password?
Click your username > Change Password.
How to recover my password?

How to verify my account?

How to get “Trader of the Year” rank?
Two options:

Why was I banned?
To keep Mansat Tuwaiq safe, accounts breaking [platform rules] may be temporarily or permanently banned. Common reasons:
Selling medical products
Fraud and scams
Posting from unlicensed stores/accounts
Ignoring buyers
Advertising in replies/private messages
Multiple accounts
Wrong category posts
Unpaid fees
Begging
Selling groups (WhatsApp/Telegram, etc.)
Selling social media accounts
Missing required licenses/commercial records
