Terms of Use
Introduction
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions, and all policies published on the OurTuwaiq Platform, are established to protect and preserve the rights of both the
OurTuwaiq Platform for Information Technology (the entity owning and operating the platform) and the user who accesses the site — whether by registering or without registration — as well as the consumer who benefits from the content — whether registered or unregistered.
The terms, conditions, and legal disputes are subject to the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By using or accessing the OurTuwaiq
Platform, or by registering for the service, you agree to comply with all provisions of this agreement. The
OurTuwaiq 
Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such changes shall be binding on all parties once announced on the site or through any other means.
Article 1: Definitions
OurTuwaiq 
Platform: An electronic platform that allows users to create accounts and publish their content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Its headquarters are in Riyadh. It is referred to in this agreement as the

Platform for Information Technology (the owner of the platform), “we,” “us,” “the site,” “the platform,” or “the first party.”
User: The person who creates an account on the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform for the purpose of communication, browsing, publishing content, or creating an online store as a service provider to engage in e-commerce on the platform. In this agreement, the user is referred to as the “member,” “practitioner,” “service provider,” or “second party.”
Online Store: An electronic account that enables the user to display, sell, offer, or advertise a product or service, or exchange data related to it.
Article 2: Conditions of Use
As a second party to this agreement and as a beneficiary of the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform services, you are required to comply with the following:
  • Do not post or upload content or items that are inappropriate for the available categories or not permitted for sale. Review the advertising rules and the list of prohibited items before posting.
  • Do not hack, bypass, or attempt to manipulate the platform’s policies, systems, or any third-party rights.
  • Do not copy advertisements from the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform and repost them elsewhere.
  • Do not use illegal methods to access advertisements or other users’ data, violate the policies and rights of the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform for Information Technology, access platform content, or collect and use data belonging to the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform or its customers in any way.
  • Do not use our services if you are legally ineligible to enter into this agreement.
  • Do not manipulate the prices of goods in buying or selling, or harm other consumers.
  • Do not include any false or misleading claims, slander, or defamation in your advertisements.
  • Do not discuss political matters, state sovereignty, or restricted topics within the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform for Information Technology.
  • Do not transfer your account or activities to other websites while using the platform’s services or branding.
  • Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform for Information Technology, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, publicity rights, databases, or any other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by the platform.
  • Do not include trademarks, logos, or any intellectual property you do not own or have no legal right to use.
  • Do not advertise tobacco or smoking products (this may lead to legal penalties).
  • Do not violate human rights regulations or engage in human trafficking in any form. Comply with labor-service advertising regulations.
  • Comply with the real estate advertising regulations issued by the General Real Estate Authority.
  • Obtain a license from the Ministry of Tourism before offering or advertising tourism products or services.
  • Comply with the rules and licenses issued by the National Center for Wildlife.
  • Do not collect or use personal data of users or their electronic communications for unauthorized purposes, or disclose such data to others for compensation or otherwise, unless you have the user’s consent or the law requires it.
  • Obtain a license from the Saudi Council of Engineers when advertising services that fall under its regulatory scope.
  • Do not harm the reputation of the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform for Information Technology in any way, whether on the platform itself or on social media. The platform reserves the right to seek compensation for damages.
  • Do not impersonate the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform for Information Technology, its representatives, or employees unless you have official authorization.
  • The service may not be used by non-human users, except automated users belonging to the following companies:
    • Google
    • Facebook
    • Twitter
Failure to comply with these terms gives the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform for Information Technology the right to suspend your account, report violations to the competent authorities, block your access to the platform, and add your phone number to the blocked accounts list — without any liability and without the need to notify you. You hereby agree not to return to using the platform unless approved by the platform.
Article 3: Liability
The
OurTuwaiq 
Platform for Information Technology provides users the service of listing and publishing their products under the agreed usage policies. It does not offer guarantees and bears no responsibility in the event of non-compliance by users or consumers.
The
OurTuwaiq 
Platform disclaims any liability for risks, damages, consequences, or losses incurred by sellers, buyers, or any other party. Anyone harmed should visit the “Contact Us” link to report the issue. The platform will review the case and take the necessary action based on the incident without assuming liability.
By using the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform, you acknowledge full responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and systems. You also take full responsibility for managing sales, deliveries, and resolving disputes arising from your content. The
OurTuwaiq
Platform is not liable for any claims resulting from your dealings.
By using the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform, you grant the platform the right to store your personal and non-personal data on its servers and review it when necessary.
By using the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform, you acknowledge its right to monitor private messages when necessary to ensure compliance with the Terms of Use and to delete advertisements or attached images when needed.
Announcements, directives, and notifications from the platform’s management or moderators are binding once delivered via private messages, SMS, email, or notifications.
By using the platform, you agree that if you violate the laws of Saudi Arabia or the platform’s policies, the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform for Information Technology has the right to pursue damages, recover legal fees, and require compensation.
Users acknowledge that reviews and ratings are public and reflect customer opinions. The platform is not responsible for their content and is not obligated to edit or delete them. Users alone are responsible for what they post and for modifying or removing their content when necessary.
Article 4: Membership Conditions
Membership refers to the username a person registers with on the
OurTuwaiq 
Platform, linked to their phone number. It must meet the following conditions:
  • Choose an appropriate and respectable username during registration.
  • Do not create more than one account for the same user.
  • Do not use more than one membership per individual or entity.
  • Update your phone number if it changes or is lost.
  • If your username includes a brand or trademark, you must own or be authorized to use it.
  • Do not sell or transfer your account to another party or allow someone else to use it. The original account holder remains legally responsible. Both parties are in violation if an account is sold or transferred.
  • Do not share your account information with anyone.
  • The
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform takes necessary measures to protect and store your data, but the internet is not 100% secure (see the Privacy Policy).
  • The platform exchanges some data with your device to provide services.
  • The platform uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics to improve and develop the service.
  • By using the
    OurTuwaiq 
    Platform, you agree that your account or number may be suspended if complaints or violations are reported against you. You also agree not to publish such incidents online or on social media. The platform reserves the right to pursue penalties and compensation for damages caused.
Article 5: Content Posting Rules
  • Do not post prohibited items.
  • Do not add prohibited replies.
  • Do not send prohibited private messages.
  • Set a clear price for your advertised product or service.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through replies or private messages.
  • Avoid posting duplicate ads.
  • Advertisements must relate only to products or services.
  • Ads must be complete and in the correct category.
  • The platform reserves the right to delete any ad or content without explanation.
  • Do not copy ads from the platform.
  • Obtain the necessary licenses if your product or service requires one.
  • Images must represent the actual product and be ethically appropriate and high quality.
  • You may not post more than five ads for the same product.
  • Follow the prohibited items, replies, and messages policy.
  • Do not advertise or register on behalf of someone you don’t know.
  • You are fully responsible for your ads’ creation, updates, and modifications.
  • Ads must be kept up to date; outdated ads may be automatically removed.
  • Article 6: Regulations for Advertising Labor Services
    To advertise labor services, you must be a licensed recruitment office authorized to practice this activity.
    The advertisement must not include any words or phrases that undermine the dignity of foreign workers, domestic workers, and those in similar categories. For example, it is strictly prohibited to use terms such as “for sale,” “for purchase,” or “for transfer,” and these should be replaced with the term “transfer of services.”
    The advertisement must not include the terms “servant,” “maid,” or “housemaid”; instead, use “worker” or “female worker.”
    The advertisement must not include imposing any financial costs on the worker in exchange for transferring their service under any circumstances.
    The advertisement must not include publishing personal photos, IDs, residence permits, passports, or any other personal data of foreign workers, domestic workers, or those in similar categories.
    The advertisement must not include any reference to the advertiser or service transferor receiving money in exchange for transferring services under any circumstances.
    The worker’s consent must be obtained before transferring their services.

    Article 7: Prohibited Goods
    Any advertiser who publishes an ad about the items listed below (prohibited goods) will be permanently banned from the platform. It is strictly forbidden to advertise or buy these goods, and anyone who responds to such ads through private messages or comments will also be banned.
    Please note that there will be no prior warning before the ban, and the ban is final and non-negotiable.
    Prohibited goods include:
    • All goods prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Installment sales and banking products — these are prohibited even if considered lawful.
    • Medicines, medical products, and health-related items — these are prohibited even if approved by the Ministry of Health or recommended by the ministry.
    • Network marketing (multi-level marketing) — strictly prohibited in any form, regardless of method or description.
    • Weapons of all types, including stun guns, pistols, rifles, and personal protection weapons and their accessories, even if licensed.
    • Sexual products of all types and forms.
    • Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, and related marketing or trading.
    • Laser devices, spying devices, and wiretapping equipment.
    • Websites, forums, electronic services, emails, selling memberships, and software licenses.
    • Selling free items (e.g., emails, Twitter or Instagram accounts, etc.).
    • Goods infringing intellectual property rights (e.g., pirated software or copied movies).
    • Tobacco products.
    • Advertising products or services that require a license without obtaining it from the relevant authority.
    • Prohibited devices such as jammers, encryption tools, or cell signal boosters.
    • Devices with security risks.
    • Advertising SIM cards or telecom services without obtaining the required licenses or registering them in the platform’s licensing system.
    • Collecting and selling personal data in violation of the Personal Data Protection Law.

    Article 8: Prohibited Advertisements
    The following is a list of common types and methods of advertisements that are strictly prohibited on the platform:
    • Any ads unrelated to buying and selling.
    • Ads intended to submit suggestions or discuss issues with Mansat
      OurTuwaiq
      management (the platform is for buying and selling only).
    • Ads for suggestions to improve the platform — suggestions or complaints should be submitted through the Contact Us form.
    • Incomplete ads lacking details.
    • Low-quality ads.
    • Poor communication by the advertiser with interested users (e.g., advertising a car for sale and then not responding to calls or messages).
    • Posting ads in the wrong category (e.g., posting a request for a car in the “Cars for Sale” section or advertising furniture in the “Cars” section).
    • Adding a new ad while having another banned account — you must resolve the ban before posting new ads.
    • Adding a photo that does not represent the advertised item (e.g., posting a generic car picture while selling a different one).
    • Adding photos of a different product than the one listed (e.g., advertising a used phone but showing a different model).
    • Any ad containing racist remarks in any form.
    • Any ad containing false or misleading information, whether intentional or accidental (e.g., claiming a car was accident-free when it was not).
    • Ads made solely for defamation — complaints against advertisers should be sent to the platform directly; external disputes unrelated to the platform should go to the relevant authorities.
    • Ad titles that do not match the content (e.g., title says “Camry 2011,” but the ad is actually requesting a Camry 2011).
    • Copying ads or parts of ads from another advertiser.
    • General ads without specific products (e.g., “We have lands for sale” or “We have cars for sale”). The correct way is to list specific products (e.g., “Camry 2015, excellent condition”).
    • Donation or charity ads — prohibited unless legally authorized by state regulations.
    • Ads for shares or subscriptions.
    • Begging or helping beggars — any member assisting beggars will be banned.
    • Requests for wasta (connections) or assistance, whether lawful or not.
    • Ads exploiting authority or power.
    • Advertising through comments/replies on other ads.

    Article 9: Prohibited Replies
    The following types of replies to ads are prohibited:
    • Posting ads within replies.
    • Price undercutting (offering unfairly low prices).
    • Insults and offensive language, with or without justification.
    • Non-serious responses or showing no real interest in purchasing.
    • Jokes or irrelevant comments.
    • Mocking the product or the advertiser.

    Article 10: Prohibited Private Messages
    The following types of private messages are prohibited:
    • Advertising via private messages.
    • Insults or offensive language, with or without justification.

    Article 11: Subscription System

    provides an annual subscription system for some services. If you subscribe, you must comply with the following:
    • Read the subscription terms carefully before paying and ensure it matches your business activity.
    • Pay the subscription fee before using the service.
    • Mansat
      OurTuwaiq
      reserves the right to suspend or limit your account if you violate the platform’s policies or terms.
    • Paid subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances (e.g., unused subscription, misuse, or policy violations). Ensure you read the terms carefully and match the subscription to your business activity before paying.

    Article 12: Payment and Transaction Policy
    To protect your transactions with buyers or sellers, follow one or more of these steps:
    • Complete transactions face-to-face in a public, safe location.
    • Verify the identity of the buyer or seller before any action.
    • Inspect the item to ensure it is free of defects.
    • Use the secure payment methods outlined in the platform’s transaction guidelines.
    Failure to follow these steps may expose you to fraud. By using the platform, you agree to assume full responsibility, and Mansat
    OurTuwaiq 
    is not a party to the transaction and assumes no liability. You also agree to file complaints within Mansat
    OurTuwaiq 
    if fraud occurs and to report the issue to the relevant authorities as per legal procedures. You agree not to publish these disputes or events on social media or other platforms.

    Article 13: Security Policy of Mansat

    Information Technology adheres to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy but is not a party to disputes between users who violate the terms. The platform strives to enhance security and combat fraud, deception, and illegal activities to maintain fair trade and comply with the Kingdom’s laws and regulations.
    Therefore, Mansat

    has the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that violates the platform’s policies, which may include legal prosecution.
    Common violations and actions taken include:
    • Fraud or scams against a client: The client should report the case to the appropriate security authorities and fill out the complaint form on the Contact Us page. Mansat
      OurTuwaiq 
      will review the complaint and take appropriate action but holds no liability for the fraud itself.
    • Violating state laws or sovereignty: Ads will be deleted, the account will be banned, and authorities will be informed.
    • Advertising prohibited goods: The ad will be documented and deleted, the user banned, and authorities informed.
    • Unauthorized access, hacking, or data scraping: Mansat
      OurTuwaiqwill pursue legal action under the Anti-Cybercrime Law.
    • Copying ads to other platforms without permission: Legal action will be taken for intellectual property infringement.
    • Intellectual property violations: Users must submit a complaint form and proof of infringement; Mansat
      OurTuwaiq will review but holds no liability in related disputes.
    • Manipulating ratings or entering false information: The platform has the right to suspend accounts and ban colluding users.
    • Defamation, insults, or privacy violations: Users should file a complaint form; the platform will review and take necessary actions but holds no liability for the dispute itself.
    • Harassment or annoyance: Users should block the harasser and report to authorities if harm occurs; the platform will not provide personal data unless officially requested by authorities.
